Sukuna also doesn't understand others fully. Yes, Sukuna is abnormal and forces the narrative to his desires but he also is suffering as of late and all of that is because of Yuji. We are alliens to Sukuna but the same applies to him. Sukuna broke his own hedonistic and self serving nature in chapter 248. Instead of being content with Yuji learning RCT and the prospect of a more interesting fight, he gets extremely infuriated and has a moment very similar to Toji in his second fight against Gojo. Sukuna isn't an abstract diety anymore. He has been pulled from the heavens by Yuji.

Why Gege glaze Sukuna? Maybe because he is the protagonist, "chapter 1: Ryomen Sukuna" literally.

What I love about Sukuna as a villain is that I just can’t picture him losing. When pit up against a stronger character from another series like Luffy or naruto who clearly outclass his feats of strength and speed I can’t see Sukuna winning. But my brain simply can’t imagine Sukuna ever losing a fight. I think that’s a textbook example of “Aura”.

People will never respect Sukuna as much as Gojo for two reasons 1. He promised to kill Gojo in Yuji's body, meaning he thought he will win with his innate CT alone 2. Gege retconed 10S mechanics for his boyfriend, because all summoned Shadow should disappear whenever sorcerer gets knocked out, it was well established how 10S works in season 1, but in order to beat broken character like Gojo you need to break rules of your verse apparently and then do not even give us one explanation how That's why Sukuna won't ever become as glazed as Gojo. You can now create your pathetic head canons that Sukuna managed to hold Maho summoned because he is stronger or other bs, but sorry your explanation is worthless Gege gave 0 explanation to why Maho was still there when Sukuna got knocked out because Gege forgot or he doesn't know how to explain it. Glaze whoever you want, but do not clown on other characters who at least stayed consistent throughout whole series

The only critique I have of this video is the beginning where; Gojo, Toji, and Jogo are treated as “regular people” because their deaths aren’t seen. Yet, I think the opposite. We know they’re strong forces, we see the deaths of those weak all the time, but with those three we almost never see the killing blow but only the kill. As if it’s perverse to see the process and not just the result as the hierarchy shifts. They’re eaten by a bigger fish, but because of that; it shouldn’t be watched as it seems wrong, but nature still must take its course.

I think a lot of people are so focused on the idea of the tragedy of humanity but if we were to just focus on Eren - this really was the only possible happy ending for him and his friends. If were to think of alternate endings and the aftermath we would probably end up with Eren being like Ymir: stuck in the Path. He would be a slave to his ideology of freedom. It is only after Eren's life ends could he consider himself truly free.

Uraume is one my favorite examples of androgyny and possible trans/nonbinary representations in modern media because of how their gender representation is both so understated and yet very present in their characterization. Uraume is literally Sukuna’s lapdog, and only does things in service to him, meaning they probably have no real use for gender or sexuality as concepts for themself. It’s so funny how much the JJK community argues over Uraume’s gender when Uraume themself would probably say “who cares?”
